The Nichigo Centre has built up a large network of homestay families, experienced in hosting guests and ensure the guests have an enjoyable and memorable homestay experience. A homestay can help to build a friendship which can last a lifetime.

Sharehouse/flat

Sharehouse accommodation enables visitors to Perth to live and experience life in Australian with people of similar age. The Nichigo Centre has built up a large database on share house accommodation, as well as a huge number of private residences in many suburbs. The Nichigo Centre also has developed relationships with with the biggest apartment owners in Perth and can provide short term fully furnished rental accommodation. This is particularly important as most rental accommodation and house owners demand a minimum occupancy of three to six months. The Nichigo Centre can introduce members to accommodation for periods of as short as 6 weeks. In the case where a member wishes to rent their own house or apartment, the Centre will assist with all the necessary documentation, etc.

Farmstay

The Nichigo Centre runs country camps at regular intervals throughout the year. The Centre can also introduce members to farmstay plans to meet the differing needs of members.
